WA Museum

As the Producer for WA Museum's Ancient Egypt media project, I was responsible for guiding the initiative from its initial concept through to its final completion. This multifaceted role involved several key responsibilities:

Project Oversight: I managed the entire production process, ensuring that all elements aligned with the project's vision and objectives. This included developing timelines, budgets, and production schedules to keep everything on track.

  1. Client Management: A significant aspect of my role was liaising with clients to understand their expectations and requirements. I maintained open communication to ensure their vision was realized while also providing updates and addressing any concerns throughout the project.

  2. Location Scouting: I conducted thorough location recce (reconnaissance) to identify suitable settings that would effectively showcase the themes of Ancient Egypt. This involved assessing various sites for logistical feasibility, visual appeal, and authenticity.

  3. Crew Management: I coordinated the production crew, assigning roles and responsibilities to ensure a smooth workflow. I also fostered a collaborative environment, encouraging open communication among team members to maximize efficiency and creativity.

  4. Talent Management: I worked closely with talent, ensuring that they were well-prepared and comfortable during the production process. This included coordinating rehearsals, managing schedules, and providing guidance to help them deliver their best performances.
