How Bazaar

As a production coordinator for Candice Shields during the Furniture Bazaar campaign, I played a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of the project.

My key responsibilities included:

  • Location Scouting and Booking: I researched and identified suitable locations that aligned with the campaign's vision, securing necessary permits and contracts to facilitate shooting.

  • Crew Management: I was responsible for coordinating the production team, ensuring that everyone was informed about their roles, schedules, and responsibilities, fostering effective communication among crew members.

  • Props and Equipment Management: I managed the inventory of props and equipment, ensuring that everything needed for the shoot was available, organized, and in good condition, which was essential for maintaining the production flow.

  • Schedule Assisting: I assisted in developing and maintaining the production schedule, ensuring that timelines were met and that the team adhered to the planned workflow.

  • Bumping Crew In and Out: I coordinated the logistics of crew movement on set, managing the efficient onboarding and offboarding of team members to keep the production running smoothly.
