Daltech

As the lead Producer for Daltech’s local and regional brand and recruitment video, I was key in transforming the project from concept to completion, ensuring that every aspect was carefully planned and executed to perfection.

My Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Management and Meetings: I served as the primary point of contact for the client, engaging in regular meetings to discuss project objectives, creative direction, and feedback. This collaboration was essential for aligning our vision with the client’s expectations and ensuring that the final product reflected their brand identity.

  2. Organisation of Shoots: I successfully organised two distinct shoots—one in Perth and another in Karratha. This involved coordinating logistics for both locations, including securing permits, scouting venues, and preparing for any specific challenges each location presented.

  3. Crew Management: I oversaw the production crew, ensuring that each member understood their roles and responsibilities. I facilitated communication within the team to foster a collaborative atmosphere, which was crucial for maintaining efficiency on set.

  4. Talent Management: The talent for the video was supplied by the client, and I worked closely with them to ensure that all actors were prepared and well-coordinated. This included scheduling rehearsals and briefings to align everyone with the creative vision and objectives of the shoots.

  5. Scheduling and Coordination: I developed extensive schedules that detailed every aspect of the shoot days, from setup to wrap-up. Creating call sheets and run sheets allowed for a seamless flow of activities, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

  6. Catering: Recognizing the importance of keeping the crew well-fed and energized, I arranged catering for both shoots. This included coordinating meals and snacks to ensure that everyone could focus on their tasks without unnecessary interruptions.
