AFL ‘Competition Posters’
For the AFL competition poster project, I assumed the role of producer and manager, which involved overseeing the entire project to ensure its timely delivery despite a tight deadline.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: I was responsible for managing the overall timeline and workflow of the project. This involved creating a detailed schedule that outlined each phase of production, from initial concept development to final output, ensuring that every aspect was completed on time.
Collaboration with Teams: I had the unique opportunity to collaborate closely with both the Fremantle Dockers and West Coast Eagles. This required effective communication and relationship-building skills, as I worked to align the interests and expectations of both teams. I facilitated discussions around design concepts, branding elements, and the representation of each team’s identity in the posters.
Navigating Challenges: Working with professional athletes presented its own set of challenges. I had to coordinate their schedules, manage last-minute changes, and ensure that the athletes were comfortable and engaged throughout the process. This required flexibility and quick thinking to adapt to the dynamic nature of working with high-profile individuals.
Final Output and Presentation: The culmination of our efforts was the creation of striking digital posters that were proudly displayed during a live game at Optus Stadium, specifically during the highly anticipated Western Derby. Seeing the posters showcased in such a prominent setting made the experience incredibly rewarding, as it highlighted our hard work and dedication to the project.
