Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Coordination: I worked closely with the Synergy staff to organise and confirm the talent needed for the shoot. This involved scheduling, communicating expectations, and ensuring that everyone was prepared and on-site at the right time.

2. Crew Management: I was responsible for managing the crew, which included photographers, assistants, and any additional support staff. I ensured that everyone understood their roles, communicated effectively, and worked cohesively to achieve our goals for the shoot.

3. Logistics and Planning: Prior to the shoot, I handled logistical details such as equipment rentals, transportation, and catering for the crew, ensuring that all necessary resources were available and ready for the day.

4. On-Site Supervision: During the photoshoot, I maintained a presence on-site to troubleshoot any issues that arose, facilitate communication between team members, and keep the shoot on schedule.

5. Post-Production Oversight: After the shoot, I supervised the post-production process, collaborating with editors to select and refine the final images. My role involved ensuring that the final edits aligned with the vision and goals established for the shoot.
